Recipes You’ll Prepare

Butter Chicken – Murgh Makhani

A classic Indian dish that features tender chicken cooked in a creamy, tomato-based sauce infused with herbs and spices. This dish is renowned for its rich flavours and smooth texture.

Masoor Dal

A nourishing lentil dish cooked with spices and herbs, simmered to perfection. It’s a staple in Indian households, known for its comforting and hearty qualities.

Tandoori Chicken

Marinated in yogurt and spices, then cooked in a tandoor oven, this dish boasts a smoky flavour and a vibrant red appearance. It’s a popular choice for its robust flavours and tender meat. Although we won’t be cooking in a Tandoor oven, the flavours you love in this dish will come through, and you will learn how to create this at home.

Saag Paneer – Palak Paneer

Palak Paneer or Saag Paneer is a popular North Indian dish where fresh paneer is simmered in a smooth, creamy spinach sauce.  The vibrant green of the spinach and the soft cubes of paneer make for a visually appealing and nutritious meal.

Aloo Methi

This dish combines potatoes with fenugreek leaves, offering a unique flavour profile marked by its slight bitterness complemented by the earthiness of potatoes.
